Welcome to the Highlands of Edinburgh Second Association |
|
The Highlands of Edinburgh Second Association began in September of 1986. There are 168 households in this development. We have one pond area, eight cul-de-sacs, and a special common area along Noble Parkway. The homeowners pay annual association dues which go towards the upkeep of these areas as well as 91 mailbox posts. The association is governed by a set of Bylaws and Covenants. The board of directors can consist of five to seven members. We currently have five. The board members meet monthly and there is an annual meeting in the spring. Within the board we have an architectural control committee which handles any requests by the homeowners for landscaping and/or architectural changes to their homes. An association newsletter is issued three times a year to keep the homeowners abreast of the current happenings. |
